1. Room Initialization
The administrator or creator invokes `initialize_raffle_room` specifying a winner prize target (SOL or USDC equivalent for physical/RWA assets). The smart contract sets the platform fee and derives a unique, isolated Room Vault PDA escrow on Solana.
Configurable prize pool target & fee structure enforced by smart contract.
Isolated Room Vault PDA acts as 100% trustless escrow for all deposits.
Parameters are cryptographically locked on-chain against unauthorized edits.
